eet

It's like forgetting the words to your favorite song.
You can't believe it; you were always singing along.
It was so easy and the words so sweet.
You can't remember; you try to feel the beat.

Bee-ee-ee-ee-ee-ee-ee-ee-
Eet eet eet.
Ee-ee-ee-ee-ee-ee-
Eet eet eet.

You spend half of your life trying to fall behind.
You're using your headphones to drown out your mind.
It was so easy and the words so sweet.
You can't remember; you try to move your feet.

start a war

walk away now,
and you're gonna start a war.

we expected something
something better than before
we expected something more

you were weird
but i never had to hold you
by the edges
like i do now

milk

'twas a sunset like i'd never seen before. the sun had set, leaving the sky orange and grey. the sea was chrome and turbulent. going everywhich way. but you were calm. you were serene. you were calm and serene and you had a whole other world in your eyes. a world of unimaginable colours, of words, of melody, of tangible emotion. a maze of magic.

let her cry

Let her cry, if the tears fall down like rain.
Let her sing, if it eases all her pain.
Let her go:let her walk right out on me.
And if the sun comes up tomorrow...
Let her be, let her be.

They made a statue of us

just because

Just because everything's changing

Doesn't mean it's never

Been this way before

the fallen?

the involuntary moment of falling combined with excitement, anxiety, fear, softness and energy all merges to form a perfect sense of vulnerability. a prisoner in every way. kept captive in the knowledge of what is happening. kept captive in the curiosity of what will happen. kept captive knowing that your love isn't only yours anymore. kept captive by the other. the captivating energy of the other that draws you in, in a total vacuum that all inhibitions evaporate instantly leaving the rawness of the moment to settle in every vessel of your being.

please, please, be careful with what i dont think you know you have.

words

would you say that a world without words would be a lot more gentle? actions perhaps a lot more telling and people a lot more genuine. for without the knowledge of words to express feeling and the past, present and future we'd have less issues that we are convinced define us as well as less backstabbing, false accusations, miscommunication and a hell of a lot more honesty. secrets will stay secrets. feelings will be your own until expressed honestly through the urge of action.

it's just a silly thought that has been lingering in my mind that ironically needs words to explain...
